As the Director of Food Solutions Diet Consultants, I lead a nationally recognised consultancy specialising in aged care dietetic and speech pathology services.

With over 85 clinicians across Australia, Food Solutions is committed to enhancing the lives of older Australians through evidence-based, person-centred care.

My passion for improving health outcomes for aged care residents has driven me to establish a company that champions innovation and excellence.

At Food Solutions, we focus on improving nutrition, hydration, and safety standards while fostering meaningful change within the aged care sector.

Under my leadership, Food Solutions has become a trusted partner for aged care providers, empowering them to meet the diverse needs of their residents with confidence and compassion.

Outside of work, I value a balanced and active lifestyle. I enjoy playing tennis, boxing, and walking our dogs. Most importantly, I treasure time spent with my husband and our three children, embracing the joys of family life.
